Part of the battle is knowing how to ask, and then part of the battle is what the customer support agent is allowed to do. But it would be a huge win if they would decrease your interest rate even for a few months.

Hey Ashton and Michele,

Jason and I are trying something a little new (ClarityFlow not AirFlow) that we feel will make your coaching experience even better. This will allow us to have all of our conversations in one place, as well as be able to send video messages when needed.

If you have a question outside of our normal coaching sessions, this can be a place where you send that over and I can respond. You and I can both do a screen share. It's a pretty slick system. 

As a reminder, if there's a more involved question, that would be considered part of the asynchronous coaching that Jason mentioned in our first call and will cost a coaching credit.
