Just so I can make sure I have my records right, is Rachel your Day of Coordinator? If not, just let us know so we can have the correct contact info in our system.

Also a couple of other reminders coming into this week:
-The wedding planner will not be present to coordinate your ceremony for the rehearsal or day of the wedding. We also will not have the chairs set out until the morning of the ceremony, so don't be alarmed when you don't see them set out for your rehearsal.
-On the day of your wedding, we will have a staff member on site to resolve any issues, and the wedding planner will do a quick check in around 5 pm to make sure everything was set up correctly and that you know where your cake and florals are. The cake will be placed on the table right at 5 pm to ensure freshness.
Let us know if you have any other questions before the big day!
